you have sent.
From here you can request contact details, request feedback, view
messages, update your account, view feedback, purchase Credits and
request email alerts. How can I
get the best out of the service?
This will depend on the way that you deal with the Job Requests.
Your best options are to:
- Carefully read the Job Requests before selecting the one that
interest you. You can sort them by post code to narrow down the
ones in your area.
- Contact the client as soon as possible and ask any questions
you need to clarify what the job requires.
- Offer your best possible quote, of course! The client will
only receive a maximum of 5 quotes, however you can quote more
than once if you are competitive!
The job was cancelled after I requested the clients
details will I get my credits back?
If this happens let us know through the 'Contact
Us' form so we can help. How does
the feedback system work?
At MyFitter we only allow clients to leave feedback who have had work
carried out from a job which they posted on the site for tender and
then accepted a genuine quote from a fitter registered on the site.
The feedback system works in two ways:
- It enables new clients to check what previous clients have said
about a Fitter they have used.
- It encourages the Fitters to maintain their high standards in
order to get work on a continuing basis by rewarding good fitters
and punishing bad ones.
You have a strong incentive to do your best and get great feedback,
which increases your chances of getting more work, and getting more
good feedback.
We constantly monitor the website to ensure the information is genuine
and up to date. |
